Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been shipped and assigned to a courier, cancellation is not possible. Approved pre-dispatch cancellations receive a 100% refund.
Cancelling Your Order
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our packing facility. To cancel, please message us on WhatsApp (+91 90802 13041) or email hastafoods25@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Because we dispatch orders quickly to ensure fast delivery across India, we recommend reaching out immediately after placing your order.
Once an order has been packed and handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible.
Dispatched Orders
When an order has been shipped, tracking information is generated and the parcel is in transit with our logistics partner.
If you no longer require a dispatched parcel, please inspect the shipment on delivery. If the package arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, you may report it under our Return & Refund Policy for an immediate replacement or refund.
When We May Cancel an Order
Hasta Foods reserves the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, including:
- Product or batch temporary unavailability
- Incomplete, incorrect, or unserviceable delivery address
- Unverified payment or suspected fraudulent transaction
- Technical or obvious pricing errors on the Website
- Courier service restrictions in specific non-serviceable postal codes
If an order is cancelled by us, the customer will be notified immediately and 100% of the payment will be refunded.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
For all approved pre-dispatch cancellations, the refund will be credited directly to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically initiated within 24 to 48 hours and reflect in your bank account, credit card, or UPI statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
