1Order Processing

We take care to pack every order securely in cushioned, food-grade glass jars so that your ghee reaches you safely and in pristine condition.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation or COD verification.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2Delivery Timelines

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service partner (including Amazon Shipping and express logistics partners):

• Within Tamil Nadu: Approximately 2 to 5 business days
• Other parts of India: Approximately 3 to 7 business days
• Remote or special locations: Delivery may take additional time depending on carrier routes

The estimated delivery time is an indication and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3Shipping Charges and Free Shipping Eligibility

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on delivery pincode, total parcel weight, and real-time carrier rates via Amazon Shipping and express logistics partners.

**Free Pan-India Shipping:** Automatically applied when your cart includes:

1. Any 1 Litre glass jar of pure cow ghee

2. Two or more 500ml glass jars of pure cow ghee

3. Any combination totaling 1,000ml or more

For smaller orders (such as a single 250ml or 500ml jar), competitive live courier rates apply and are shown transparently before you complete payment.

**Complimentary Gift:** Orders for 500ml, 750ml, or 1 Litre jars (or cart total >= ₹1,499) automatically receive a free Handcrafted Neem Wood Spatula (worth ₹199).

4Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking details where available via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Customers can use the tracking information and carrier link to follow the shipment status in real time.

5Delivery Precautions & Inspection

Customers are requested to check the package upon delivery for any visible damage, leakage, or signs of tampering.

If you notice any damage:

• Take photographs/videos of the package before opening it.
• Contact us within 12 to 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep the original packaging and container until the issue is resolved.

6Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, landmark, and active contact number.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

7Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number. We will coordinate directly with the courier service to expedite the shipment.

Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as adverse weather, strikes, or regional transport disruptions) will not be considered a failure to deliver.

8International Shipping & Export

For international orders, shipping terms, delivery time, customs duties, taxes, import charges, and other destination-country requirements vary depending on the country.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer/importer.

International orders are also subject to the food import regulations of the destination country.
