Which countries does Hasta Foods export cow ghee to?
Hasta Foods has shared its products with customers in international markets since 2019. We do not publish a fixed country list, because shipping terms, delivery time and duties change with the destination. Tell us where you are, and our export team will say how we can ship there.
The first step beyond India in 2019 is part of the Hasta Foods story, and the general rules for orders outside India are set out in our shipping and delivery policy.
What cow ghee does Hasta Foods export?
We export pure cow ghee made in the bilona-style way. It comes in jars of 250ml, 500ml, 750ml and 1 litre, and in larger 5 litre and 15 litre packs by enquiry.
- Food grade jars. Every jar is food grade, and orders are packed securely with cushioning.
- One ingredient. Milk fat. The ghee contains milk and is suitable for vegetarian diets.
- Seasonal texture. It can look semi-liquid or granular depending on the season, and both are normal.
If your business is based inside India, the manufacturer and supplier page is the better place to start. You can also look at the retail pure cow ghee jars first.
Does cow ghee need cold storage for export?
Our storage instruction asks for a cool and dry place, and it does not call for refrigeration. Hasta cow ghee has a 12 month shelf life, so you can plan stock and shipments with time in hand.
- Keep the lid tightly closed after every use, and use a clean and dry spoon.
- Protect from direct sunlight and moisture wherever the jars are held.
Conditions on a shipping route can differ from a store room, so tell our export team about your route and climate, and they will say what to plan for.
Which registrations does the cow ghee exporter hold?

How is the cow ghee tested before export?
Our ghee is tested at an NABL-accredited laboratory to check the parameters relevant to the product. The laboratory is accredited, not the product itself, and the report details are shown below.

Who pays duties, and how are shipping terms set?
Shipping terms, delivery time and duties vary by country. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are the importer's responsibility, and every order must meet the food import rules of the destination country.
The full wording is in our shipping and delivery policy and terms and conditions. Because the rules differ by destination, check them for your country before you order.
